While almost any 12v rechargeable battery will work, we recommend using a 12V 10Ah LiFePO4 rechargeable battery
While a battery with less amp-hours will work, most hunters will benefit from the additional runtime provided by a 10Ah battery.
To ensure proper fit and compatibility, the battery should have:
- F2 terminals
- Maximum dimensions of 5.94" x 2.56" x 3.7" (L x W x H)
Conveniently, this is the same size battery commonly used in many 12V deer feeders, making replacements easy to find at sporting goods stores, farm supply stores, and online retailers.
