Shipping Policy

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Customers will be notified of any significant delays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days (after processing)
  • Expedited Shipping (if offered): 2–3 business days (after processing)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on carrier delays, weather, or peak shipping seasons.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update.

Shipping Carriers

We primarily use major carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx depending on the destination and shipping method selected.

Incorrect Addresses

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses entered by the customer. Please ensure all shipping information is accurate before completing your purchase.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can assist you in resolving the issue with the carrier.

International Shipping (if applicable)

We currently do/do not offer international shipping. Duties, taxes, and customs fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.
